CW2 Corry A. Edwards of Kennedale, TX was born Sep. 23, 1969. Mr. Edwards joined the military Dec. 30, 1992 and served in G Co., 3-149 Aviation as a helicopter repairer then D Co., 2-149 General Support Aviation Battalion as a pilot. He served a tour in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from Jun. 19, 2003 to Apr. 30, 2004. He was posthumously promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2. Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife and two children.
